Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Elgin, IL, for an HVAC Mechanical Project Manager. The role involves managing HVAC projects, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing project execution to meet customer needs and organizational standards. Responsibilities include ensuring timely project completion within budget, monitoring resources and schedules, engaging with clients to maintain satisfaction, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality results. The Project Manager will also oversee customer service efforts and assist with sales initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HVAC systems and Plumbing installations
• Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Sales skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the construction and HVAC industries
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with project management software tools is a plus
