As a Senior Analyst for Immigration / I-9, you will be responsible for responding to I-9 and E-Verify-related questions, monitoring laws and regulations for specified areas, analyzing and executing data and regular contact with field HR. You will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization adheres to legal requirements and maintains accurate records related to employment eligibility verification. You will be drafting and updating policies and standard operating procedures with input from leadership.

You'll make an impact by

• Overseeing and managing compliance with employment eligibility verification processes.
• Reviewing and validating documents submitted by employees during the hiring process and ensuring that these documents meet legal requirements.
• Facilitating live training.
• Ensuring timely and accurate I-9 and E-Verify case submission execution.
• Conducting regular internal audits to identify any discrepancies or non-compliance issues related to Form I-9.
• Collaborating with HR and legal teams to address any issues.
• Providing live training and guidance to HR staff, managers, and employees on I-9 completion, compliance, and related matters.
• Staying informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations related to employment eligibility verification.

What you'll bring

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field OR 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, HR, or related area.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock.

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field OR 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications : Customer Research, Data Analysis and Insights Masters : Business Administration Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification.
