Our Montgomery studio is growing quickly, and we are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead membership sales, support operations, and engage the community.

Job Overview

The Sales Manager plays a key role in the success of the studio, with a strong focus on membership sales, community outreach, and customer service . This role is ideal for someone motivated by commission, excited about fitness and wellness, and eager to lead sales efforts in a dynamic studio environment.

Responsibilities

Drive new membership sales and renewals through studio tours, phone outreach, and follow-up.

Overcome objections and close sales to achieve monthly targets.

Generate leads through grassroots marketing and local community events .

Deliver a welcoming, professional, and high-energy experience for all guests and members.

Support the Studio Manager with scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day studio operations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment.

Foster a positive studio culture that supports member retention and staff performance.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience ; fitness, wellness, or membership-based sales strongly preferred.

Confident closer with strong objection-handling skills.

Motivated by commission and performance-based earnings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for health, fitness, and Pilates.

Full-time availability, including one weekend day per week .

Must be able to reliably commute to Montgomery, AL.

Comfortable completing a background check prior to employment.
