Location : Westbrook, ME (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

What You'll Do :

• Support sales and customer success to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Lead onboarding and setup for new corporate accounts
• Resolve customer issues related to pricing, billing, or shipping
• Maintain detailed customer profiles and records in Salesforce
• Coordinate with sales, field support, and business lines to ensure timely resolution
• Champion continuous improvement in processes and workflows

Top 3 Required Skills :

Preferred : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
