About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and attendance across several of ReedPop's U.S. events. Working closely with the broader Marketing and Events teams, this person will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, website, exhibitor, and on-site channels. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about pop culture and skilled at using storytelling, design, and analytics to connect with fans. You'll contribute to campaign strategies, help craft compelling content, fan retention and acquisition, fan education, and ensure consistent messaging across every touchpoint, from pre-show announcements to live event coverage.

Responsibilities

• Executing and maintaining multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, web, exhibitor, and event marketing) that drive fan engagement and ticket sales.
• Manage social media calendars and community engagement across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and X.
• Creating image, video, and copy assets for marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print.
• Working alongside the website and content teams to ensure the event website is up to date for attendee comms.
• Supporting on-site and year-round fan engagement initiatives, including local partnerships, influencer collaborations, and event activations.
• Tracking and measuring key metrics (ROI and KPIs) of marketing initiatives and informing manager of status and deliverables.
• Maintaining an eye for detail and quality on projects big and small, while communicating with the team to meet deadlines.
• Seeking out the latest trends in marketing and advertising to help us achieve our audience acquisition and retention goals.

Requirements

National Base Pay Range : $52,800 - $88,000. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in New York, the pay range is $58,100 - $96,800. If performed in New York City, the pay range is $60,700 - $101,200. If performed in Rochester, NY, the pay range is $50,100 - $83,600.
