Senior Interior Designer – High-End Residential

Working Style : Hybrid : 3 days in office / 2 days remotely

A nationally recognized high-end residential design studio based in Pennsylvania is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of sophisticated custom residences across the country. Projects range from 10,000 to 20,000+ sq. ft., blending architectural integrity with tailored interiors that speak to comfort, craftsmanship, and quiet luxury.

This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate directly with a nationally published Principal Designer and play a leading role in shaping the creative direction and operational standards of an intimate, detail-focused design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle for complex, large-scale residential projects—from concept to installation
• Partner with the Principal Designer on creative visioning, project planning, and design direction
• Develop and implement internal design systems, standards, and organizational tools
• Mentor and manage junior designers, ensuring quality, consistency, and growth
• Source and specify FF&E, finishes, custom furniture, and artisanal materials
• Liaise with architects, builders, fabricators, and vendors to deliver fully realized interiors
• Attend site visits, client meetings, and walkthroughs to oversee installation and styling

Maintain project schedules and budgets while ensuring high-margin, high-impact outcomes
