Are you a seasoned Human Resources professional with a passion for leadership and strategic planning?
The Florida Department of Corrections is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as the Chief of Human Resources for the Bureau of Recruitment and Retention. This is a highly professional leadership position within the Office of Human Resources (OHR), where you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing policies and special projects aimed at enhancing personnel management across the Department's workforce.
The Chief develops strategic plans to attract, hire, and retain employees, ensuring the organization has the right talent to achieve its goals. This involves managing human resource functions within talent acquisition, succession planning, training, compensation, and benefits.
This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.
