QA Manager

A company is looking for a QA Manager who will lead software quality excellence throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Implement enterprise methodologies for story breakdown and quality frameworks

Design and execute comprehensive quality frameworks and establish quality gates in CI / CD pipelines

Act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders to enhance cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish

15+ years of IT leadership experience in financial services or regulated industries

Proven experience in budget management and global team leadership

Strong background in Agile methodologies and release management

Deep expertise in comprehensive testing frameworks and CI / CD pipeline design
