Pediatrics - Physician

Novant Health Pediatrics Mint Hill is seeking a part-time , board-certified / board-eligible pediatrician to join our established practice in Mint Hill, North Carolina . Our team consists of four physicians and two pediatric nurse practitioners dedicated to providing compassionate care to the families in our growing community. This position offers a collaborative and supportive team environment with minimal call responsibilities and a shared holiday rotation with other clinics.

The role includes three in-clinic days (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) and one administrative day per week, providing a balanced schedule ideal for those seeking part-time work. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and values a strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
