Billing and AR Specialist

A company is looking for a Billing and AR Portfolio Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the full lifecycle of accounts within the assigned agent portfolio

Investigate and resolve billing disputes and payment discrepancies while collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders

Evaluate customer accounts approaching or exceeding credit limits and coordinate with the Credit and Clearance team

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in account management, collections, credit, or customer service roles

Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and credit policies

Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and ERP / AR systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) preferred

Ability to interpret aging reports and financial documents

Proven ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams
