What You'll Do
General Purpose of the Job
Perform groundskeeping, painting, and general maintenance duties in support of the Maintenance Department. Assist with the upkeep and safety of all Coarc buildings, sites, grounds, and equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure Coarc facilities, grounds, and equipment are safe and in proper working order; report any concerns to a supervisor.Follow all safety procedures and promote a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as :Cleaning, patching, and painting surfacesGroundskeeping duties : mowing, raking, weeding, planting, and seasonal cleanupChanging air filters, cleaning gutters, replacing batteries, and moving equipmentTransporting vehicles and picking up supplies / partsCollecting water samplesConducting inventoryAssist in various maintenance projects as needed.Maintain accurate records of time worked, tasks completed, and materials / equipment used.Participate in required training and development sessions.Perform other duties as assigned.Education and Experience
No specific educational requirements. Relevant maintenance or groundskeeping experience is a plus.
