We are actively seeking a talented, driven, and highly-analytical Hybrid Transactional Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role is a unique blend of transactional and paralegal responsibilities, requiring a deep understanding of the legal industry and a passion for strategic problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling legal compliance, conducting legal research, and preparing financial reports. This role also requires a strong understanding of paralegal studies, contract paralegal, legal writing, non-disclosure, shareholder agreements, M&A security, and real estate deals. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with partners and executing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
