Job description

Principle Recruiting is working directly with a highly respected firm that is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Transactional Associate to join their Boston, MA Office.

Who They’re Looking For :

  • 1+ years of experience in commercial lending, commercial real estate finance transactions, and / or loan workouts. Ideally experience in both commercial lending and commercial real estate finance transactions.
  • Experience in affordable housing and community development is a plus
  • Excellent written & oral advocacy skills
  • JD & active license in MA ( additional state bars always a plus! ).
