Office Manager- Sleep Center

Qualifications :

High school Diploma or G.E.D.

6 months - 1 year minimum customer service experience in a clinical setting with insurance pre-certification knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for patient registration, medical necessity confirmation, and document scanning.

Performs routine clerical / office duties.

Willingness to participate in continued registration education classes to insure a more qualified work performance. Keeps a file related to educational information, including current memos.

Assumes responsibility for monitoring and maintaining quality assurance.

Point of Service Collection.

Manages plans and controls workflow of the Patient Access position to ensure the completion of work assignments.
