Intern - Property Accounting (Commercial & Multifamily)

OPPORTUNITY

The Commercial and Multi-Family Property Accounting Intern Analyst will work closely with the Property Accounting Assistant Controllers through various tasks related to project accounting, financial reporting, bank draws, partner distributions and ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate should be pursuing a degree in accounting with an interest in real estate.

• Hours Per Week : 15-30 (40 hours Winter / Summer)
• Start Date : January 2026
• End Date : July 2026 or no later than December 31, 2026
• Wages : $20 / hr. | $25 / hr. for MBA students
• Degree Type : Accounting Degree
• Academic Level : Rising Junior working toward a graduate degree, Seniors graduating May or December of 2026 or MBA Candidate
