Registered Sonographer - Sign on incentive and Relocation to Virginia

Sonographer opportunities - Echo, Cardiac, Vascular, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Ultrasound in Roanoke, Virginia. Relocation and sign-on incentives available for select positions. Variable day shift schedule, Monday-Friday with rotating call and holidays.

Performs a variety of highly skilled technical procedures in the application of diagnostic ultrasound for the imaging of normal and abnormal structures of the human body. Provides care and services to patients of all ages. Must be able to work independently. Sonographers with both adult and pediatric echo registries have the opportunity to received additional compensation. Opportunity to cross train and become registered in fetal echocardiography. Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 available.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Graduate of approved School of Ultrasound or equivalent training.

Licensure, certification, and/or registration: ARRT registry/ARDMS in one of the following areas, OB/Gyn, Abd or Neurosonography. CPR certification required.

Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Registered Cardiac Sonographer - ARDMS/CCI in adult echo, BLS required.

Other: Good interpersonal, technical skills and flexibility in assignments.
