PROJECT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

Ground-Up K12, Higher Education, Municipalities Construction Project Background & Experience.   Company prides themselves on their generous growth, employment upward mobility opportunities, culture, employee longevity, and team events / activities. Open to relocators. Job Opening is in the JOC Division (Job Order Contracting) and is big part of what they do so along with having RS means / unit book pricing experience is preferred.

OTHER PROJECTS include the K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, Public Safety, Healthcare / Medical and Senior Living sectors (also industrial, energy). Projects Range $1Mil to $100Mil.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :    The PM will review plans and specs to ensure accuracy, prepare our own General Conditions, and establish baseline schedules for each subcontractor or self-performing team. The PM will track project costs and complete project all change management, RFIs, and owner-pay applications. The PM will also oversee shop drawings and submittals, write subcontracts and purchase orders for projects, manage subcontractor relationships, and conduct regular job site coordination meetings. The PM will also manage client relationships and provide ongoing communication throughout the project.

Compensation / Benefits : wide ranged based on experience. Company vehicle or allowance / Gas card. Generous 401k match. Bonus program varies depending on position. Great Health benefits through BCBS.
