Qualifications

We are seeking a senior litigation associate attorney with 4-7 years of practice experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation, preferably in the field of transportation and logistics. We represent insurers of ocean and inland marine cargo risks, as well as the liability insurers of all types of marine and transportation risks. We also defend the interests of transportation and logistics companies in claims and litigation arising from cargo loss and damage, breach of contract and personal injury accidents, and provide transactional advice. We are seeking a versatile attorney adept at learning new areas of law, and able to handle complex insurance and commercial matters.
