Senior Supply Chain Manager

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a high-impact Sr. Supply Chain Manager- Planning and Inventory to drive strategic planning and inventory optimization across our network. You'll develop and execute supply chain strategies that balance customer demand with cost efficiency-fueling growth and operational excellence. This role leads a team of two planners in creating value across Cost, Service, Innovation, and Responsiveness, using ERP expertise and process improvement to streamline material flow, reduce waste, and boost EBITDA and cash flow. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of our supply chain operations.

Location and Travel : This position can be a fully remote position but must live in the continental United States. Up to 15% travel expected. Compensation : You can expect an annual compensation range of $120,000 - $150,000 plus a 20% bonus opportunity. Please note that the base salary will vary based on geographic location, market conditions, and the candidate's experience.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Lead function and team responsible for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory and Product Information Management.
  • Ensure alignment between materials demand forecasting, inventory management, and financial objectives (EBITDA & Cash Flow).
  • Provide oversight of all end-to-end item master data management processes.
  • Lead data validation and quality efforts for the entire organization; managing add / change request updates with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Develop inventory strategy that maximizes inventory turns, improves overall customer fill rate, and limits risks to Excess and Obsolescence.
  • Lead Demand Review to gain consensus with cross-functional teams for the process horizon of 6-12 months.
  • Lead Supply review which balances inventory strategy, supply and repair constraints across supply chain network.
  • Provide key inputs to support overall S&OP process.
  • Measure, monitor and report key performance metrics on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.
  • Obtain feedback, analyze results, perform root cause analysis and generate reports.
  • Utilize information from various systems, such as Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Databricks, and others to make decisions and drive results.
  • Identify root cause and develop countermeasures on key metrics which include forecast accuracy and on-time delivery.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 7+ years of combined experience in inventory management and demand & supply planning
  • 5+ years of experience using Material Resource Planning functionality within ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • 3+ years in a people leadership or supervisory role
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings and supplier performance improvement
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills- must be organized and committed to meeting deadlines to spearhead both the planning and implementation stages of multiple projects
  • Communication skills-ability to build mutual trust and credibility at all levels of an organization
  • Analytical thinking- able to critically evaluate individual processes and projects, and synthesize insights to monitor and evaluate progress
  • Ability and experience in planning, prioritizing competing priorities, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
  • Ability to travel up to 15% domestically without restrictions
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's degree or APICS or CPIM certifications
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or Oracle R11 or R12
  • 10+ years of experience in inventory management and demand & supply planning
