Job description
A company is looking for a Payment Specialist to handle customer contacts and payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all customer contacts via phone, email, and live chat, following Customer Service guidelines
Assist Player Support Representatives with account reviews for payment processing
Process a high volume of payments for players, ensuring all approval processes are met
Required Qualifications
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid New Jersey Casino License (CER)
Must adhere to compliance standards
Ability to work independently
