We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! Must have General

Contractor / Construction

Management experience.

Responsibilities :

• Overall responsibility for cost, schedule, safety, quality, risk management, engineering, construction, and commissioning of construction projects.
• Collaborate and manage field personnel and contractors to ensure adherence to standards, permits, performance quality and safety expectations.
• Manage and coordinate design, operational reviews and approvals.
• Review / develop technical standards, specifications, drawings and documents (i.e. overall responsibility of document control plans for projects).
• Manage day to day project contractual issues.
• Work with management to implement internal Project Control tools.
• Assist in negotiation of agreements.
• Report to management on project progress, costs, schedules, safety, quality, etc.
• Lead and participate in the selection and negotiation of project contractors.
• Responsible for project Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
• Support the development of the capital cost estimate at the various project stage gates. May oversee contract labor for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety equipment security systems and building hardware.
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Maintain required project documentation
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
