Job Title : Physician Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent (Employed)

Service Setting : Outpatient Clinic
Coverage Type : Clinical + Call
Coverage Period : Ongoing
Clinical Shift Schedule : MondayFriday (flexible)
On-Call Shift Schedule : 1 : 10 (telephone call only)
Call Type : Rotational (phone call only)
Call Ratio : 1 : 10

PATIENT INFORMATION

Patient Demographics : Full spectrum (Pediatrics to Geriatrics)

Patient Volume / Census : 1530 patients / day

Admissions : No inpatient admissions

Phone Consults : Yes

Case Mix : General outpatient family / internal medicine

FACILITY INFORMATION

EMR System : EPIC HIMSS Stage VII certified

Office Equipment Available : Standard outpatient clinic tools

Specialty Backup Available : Collegial group of system physicians

Support Staff Available : Shared office with a Primary Care Provider

Reason for Coverage : System growth and expansion

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Credentialing Timeline : 90120 days post-offer
