I'm currently partnering with a highly respected firm that's looking to bring on a Senior Manager and they're ready to hire ASAP!

A well-known, aggressive CPA firm is ready to add the next leader to the team. This opportunity is part of the firm's plan for growth and the strengthening of the public tax and audit side of business. They are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee a team of highly motivated staff. The successful Senior Manager will have high ethical standards and make an impact on day one. This position is fast tracked to partnership. Performance Expectations for the Senior Manager :

• Oversee and manage a team of highly motivated staff accountants / tax accountants
• Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients
• Oversee complex tax projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries
• Meet regularly with business and community contacts to maintain a network within the local market
• Provide timely and complete evaluations and counseling for the staff accountants
• Be a hands on leader
