Excavator Rental Services (ERS), a division of REIC, is hiring a Outside Sales team member who is a customer focused, relationship builder and revenue driver at our Camas, WA location!
As an Outside Sales Representative you will be responsible for building strong business relationships with current and future customers. Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation related to sales plans, call reports, and sales packets is key for success in this position. A successful candidate for this role is curious, creative, driven, and known for being an expert networker and passionate about building business relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience as outside sales professional and within the heavy equipment (or related) industry.
Uncapped commissions and earning potential! The estimated pay range for this position is $140K-$160K (base + commission).

A typical day might include the following :
Visit prospects and customers on jobsites and offices to identify needs and assess interests.Explain the variety of equipment available through sales presentations and prepare quotes for customers.Develop and organize strategies for achieving goals and exceeding quota in rentals and sales of equipment.Remain abreast of market conditions, including fleet mix and pricing of local competitors.Contact prospective customers via phone and email, daily cold-calling and jobsite calls are required.This position is a great fit for you if you :

Prior outside sales experience is required, within the equipment rental and / or related industry experience is a plus.Must possess a valid driver's license and have a driving record in good standingWorking knowledge of MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and an ability to learn rental softwareREIC does not accept solicitation from 3rd party agency recruiters.
