A company is looking for an Outreach / Customer Service Coordinator (remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the outreach process to determine eligibility for the NSA Federal & State IDRE programs
Provide timely customer service assistance to external parties and manage complex outreach issues
Develop and implement outreach / customer service training in collaboration with management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare specialty; Master's degree preferred
5 years of project support experience in a corporate / professional environment
Relevant knowledge of the Federal No Surprises Act
Project management skills are required
Understanding of quality improvement concepts preferred
