Mail Services Associate

Job Title : Mail Services Associate

Location : Redmond, WA (Onsite)

Duration : 11 / 20 / 2025 5 / 22 / 2026 (Potential to convert to FTE)

Hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM PST (8-hour shift with a 30-minute lunch break)

Summary

The Mail Services Associate will be responsible for all aspects of mailroom operations for a building or campus.

Note : This role does not involve mail delivery. The associate will primarily work behind a counter assisting with shipping requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with retail shipping and mailing services (similar to a Pony Express or retail shipping center).
• Process outgoing shipments using FedEx, USPS, and Client.
• Operate mailing systems for outbound shipments and tracking.
• Take passport photos for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with shipping and packaging regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
