Pay : $45-52 / hr

Schedule : PRN – Flexible Scheduling

Location : Louisville KY

Job Overview :

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced PCU RNs to join our team on a PRN basis. This is a great opportunity for nurses who want flexibility while still working in a high-acuity environment. Registered Nurses will be responsible for providing quality patient care, monitoring critically ill patients, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care to PCU patients in accordance with nursing standards.

Monitor patients’ vital signs, administer medications, and respond to emergencies.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and implement care plans.

Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.

Maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

Current RN license in the state of Kentucky (required).

Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (ICU) experience (required).

BLS and ACLS certifications (required).

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
