The Manager of Special Education impacts students’ lives by :
- Training and supporting school staff to compile and track accurate special education student academic data Regularly auditing special education student data tracking systems (eSER, Schoolrunner, Brolly, Aimsweb) to spot trends and support schools in tracking data effectively Supporting school-level staff to ensure that all students with IEPs are case-managed and appropriate services are provided Training and supporting school staff to compile and track accurate regular and special education behavior data Regularly auditing special education and regular education student behavior data to spot trends and support schools in tracking data effectively Tracking and supporting FBA and BIP implementation at each school site Regularly auditing special education files at the schools to support special education compliance Ensuring that each school complies with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations governing students with exceptionalities Supporting LDOE and NolaPS annual special education school audits What We Offer : Click here for more information about our innovative compensation system .
