We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gunite Pool Construction Foreman to join our dynamic team and lead the construction of premium pools.

Position Summary :

The Gunite Pool Construction Foreman will oversee the construction process of Gunite pools, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Gunite pool construction, including PebbleTech and Stonescapes applications, and a proven track record of managing and scheduling subcontractors. Experience with pool studio design is highly desirable.

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the on-site construction of Gunite pools, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Oversee the application of PebbleTech and Stonescapes finishes, ensuring precision and excellence in all installations.

Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, ensuring all aspects of the project are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Review and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure accurate construction and finishing.

Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure clear communication and satisfaction throughout the construction process.

Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise and making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on all job sites.

Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to construction teams, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Utilize Pool Studio Design software to assist in the planning and visualization of pool designs (preferred but not required).

Qualifications :

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Gunite pool construction.

Proficiency in PebbleTech and Stonescapes application process.

Proven experience in managing and scheduling subcontractors.

Familiarity with Pool Studio Design software (preferred).

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
