Opportunity Highlights : - Approximately 30,000 visits / year - Full-service hospital with : - 24 / 7 Hospitalist program - Air medical and ambulance services - CT / MRI in the department - Bedside ultrasound and point-of-use supplies in every room - Physician coverage : 42 hours / day - Tertiary center with comprehensive specialty support, including trauma surgery, neurosurgery, cardiology, GI, ENT, and more - Less than 1% of patients transferred out - Practice at a single site - 24 / 7 scribe coverage and experienced nursing staff Scheduling : - Flexible schedule with rotating day / evening / night shifts or nocturnist option available Teaching Opportunities : - Supervise residents, medical students, and PA / ARNP students Compensation and Benefits : - Base salary : $421,200 / year plus additional incentives and shift bonuses - $65,000+ benefit value - Sign-on bonus and loan repayment - 120 hours of annual time off - $4,000 annual CME allowance - Employer-paid liability insurance and tail coverage - Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance - Retirement plans : - 403(b) with employer contribution and match - Optional 457(b) deferred compensation plan
