Repo Financing Analyst (Python / VBA)

- 2–3 years of professional experience in fixed income financing, repo trading, treasury operations, or cash management
- Proven examples of using Python or VBA in a professional setting. This does not include internships or project based academic work; it must have been done professionally
- Must be able to work on-site in Boston, MA on an immediate basis. The firm will not consider candidates who need to relocate.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure

A growing investment management firm is seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Income Trading Associate to join its Treasury team. This newly created position supports expanding fixed income and financing operations. Reporting to the Head of Repo Finance, the role focuses on daily repo trading, liquidity optimization, and cash management.

Identify, execute, and manage repo trades across fixed income product groups to optimize liquidityForecast and manage daily cash requirements, ensuring target balances are maintainedBuild and maintain strong relationships with the Broker / Dealer communityMonitor counterparty exposure, funding market conditions, and corporate action eventsCoordinate with internal teams and external counterparties to ensure accurate calculations and efficient trade flowCommunicate funding, market, and counterparty developments to traders, portfolio managers, and analystsNice-to-Have Experience :
Experience in asset management, hedge funds, or broker-dealer funding operationsExposure to cash forecasting, counterparty monitoring, or liquidity analyticsExperience automating processes within treasury or financing functions
