Job description

Virtual Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Full-Time Position

Salary : $115,000-$120,000

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Job Summary :

We're seeking LCSWs to work remotely with clients across California. Your work will center on improving client wellbeing through therapy, resource navigation, and ongoing emotional support, all delivered via telehealth.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide clinical therapy sessions virtually.
  • Develop and adjust treatment strategies.
  • Monitor client outcomes and document progress.
  • Educate clients on resources and coping techniques.
  • Contribute to team discussions and case reviews.

Requirements

  • Current LCSW license in California.
  • MSW from accredited school of social work.
  • At least 2 years of direct clinical experience.
  • Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
