We are a local cleaning service based in Fresno, CA, have been in business for over 30 years, and are looking for an energetic & motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a CSR in our office you are a critical team member in our day to day operations, along with helping us uphold our high level of commitment to excellent customer satisfaction.

This job is right for you if you are self-motivated, enjoy fast moving environments, and can manage daily tasks effectively to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.

Prior customer service, shift lead, and / or sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Full-time. No nights. No weekends. No holidays, but we do pay you for them!

Receive a starting minimum wage of $19.00 to $26 per hour (depending on the level of prior experience), paid weekly, with future raises based on both performance & employment longevity.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Complete a background check
  • Currently has a valid driver’s license
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during the hours of 6 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm (this timespan covers the 2 different shifts we have as our normal work schedule is 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week)
  • Strong background in customer service and / or sales
  • Bilingual English / Spanish is strongly preferred
