The Consumer Loan Operations Specialist will be part of the Consumer Servicing team. This role is key to ensuring the seamless process for the onboarding of indirect auto loans and lien perfection tracking. The role will also support the processing team with onsite official check and auto check delivery. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, validating funding reports, completing DNA loan disbursements, DNA person maintenance, processing GAP and MBI remittance, indirect title audit tracking, and completing title documents while supporting inbound and outbound calls. This position will have excellent customer service skills, an aptitude for shifting based on business needs and working collaboratively with their team and others.

The Consumer Loan Operations Specialist adheres to regulations and organizational policies, maintaining awareness and knowledge required to perform the duties of the position, including all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations, such as OFAC, and the USA Patriot Act, Fair Lending and Information Security.

What you will do

• Responsible for processing daily CRIF funding
• Reviewing and following up on the lien status of indirect auto loans through the title audit to mitigate risk to SECU
• Supporting loan processors with the disposition of official checks and auto checks.
• Consistently meets stated Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all operational policies and guidelines, products, and services.
