Recovery Agent

A company is looking for a Recovery Agent to manage collections and minimize bad debt.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls and manage emails in a shared inbox

Utilize skip tracing resources and multiple systems to reach decision makers and resolve delinquent accounts

Document accounts appropriately and participate in special projects as required

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field

At least one year of transportation industry customer support experience

Basic accounting and skip tracing knowledge

Familiarity with FDCPA and applicable federal laws

Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Google Sheets and Office products
