Job description

Position Highlights :

  • Role : Inpatient Psychiatrist
  • Compensation : $290K+ / year (Negotiable)
  • Includes Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Bonus
  • Assignment Type : Permanent

Job Details :

  • Start Date : As soon as credentialing is completed
  • Credentialing Time : 90-120 days
  • Setting : Freestanding facility
  • Cases : 100% adult cases
  • Licensure : Active PA license required (will wait for licensure)

    • Work Environment :

  • Primary Site :
  • Backus Hospital (213-bed acute care facility)
  • Collaborative, community-focused multidisciplinary team
  • Responsibilities include inpatient care, consultations, and ER support as needed

    • Work-Life Balance :

  • Call Schedule :
  • After-hours weekday call shared with four psychiatrists (separately paid)
  • Optional weekend call (separately paid)

    • Professional Growth :

  • Supervision opportunities for medical students, residents, and non-physician health professionals
