Job description20-24 hours per week availability from January through April. Completed intermediate accounting coursework. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Tax Preparation Assistant
Assist in all parts of tax preparation and filing season, including :
- Gathering and organizing information for tax return preparation.
- Preparing work papers, supporting schedules, and tax returns.
- Maintaining online portals for client document sharing.
- E-filing tax return extensions and tax returns.
- Consult with clients and respond to questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- All other administrative and accounting duties.
