Registered Nurse (RN) - Neurosurgery Department

Position Summary : We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Neurosurgery Department. Schedule Details : Full-time position requiring nights, with 8 and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend rotation, and holiday rotation. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for third shift positions, along with additional benefits such as student loan forgiveness and tuition assistance.

Unit Overview : Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit where you'll care for patients post-surgery for bleed evacuations, AVMs, tumor resections, spine surgeries, and stroke management as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program. Work alongside the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute, utilizing cutting-edge techniques in neurosurgery.
