This facility is seeking a Optometry Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : Monday - Friday 9 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM with first patient starting at 9 : 00AM and last patient at 4 : 00PM

Practice Setting : Clinic

Types of Cases : Routine comprehensive eye exams, pathology appointments, contact lens fittings, contact lens follow-ups.

Credentialing Timeframe : 60+ days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Point and click

Certifications Required : Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)

Licensure Required : Active Washington state license
