This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and finance , exceptional customer service skills , and a commitment to operational excellence. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them navigate their investment accounts and ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as a front-office liaison for high-net-worth clients
• Manage and schedule client appointments with precision and professionalism
• Handle sensitive account access, including Schwab platform interactions
• Facilitate secure document workflows using DocuSign
• Support onboarding and account maintenance with accuracy and discretion
• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold fiduciary standards and client-first values

Qualification :

Schedule & Location

Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 : 30 pm. This position is in-person, not remote.

Compensation
