This role requires a strong background in neonatal intensive care and the ability to work night shifts. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to neonates in the NICU. Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare teams to formulate and update care plans. Document patient information and communicate effectively with families. Be willing to float to the nursery or any unit within similar scope of practice. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 3 years of NICU experience required. Current NJ / Compact RN license at the time of submission. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
