Multi-Clinic Manager - H2 Health Prime Living | Lehigh Valley - PA

As a Multi-Clinic Manager, you’ll oversee the operations of four luxury senior living communities, manage clinical services, and ensure the highest standard of patient care. This position involves roughly 75% clinical treatment and 25% clinic oversight of luxury senior living communities in Mandarin, Jacksonville, FL. You will be working with a primarily geriatric caseload 1 : 1 with a mix of patients with Dementia and Alzheimer's-related conditions, general ortho, and balance and dizziness. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

Requirements

• Education : Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years in outpatient or senior care settings. Leadership experience preferred.
• Licensure : Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of PA
