Join IQVIA's Talent Team as a contractor recruiter to assist our project hiring needs. Position Overview : Achieves staffing objectives by sourcing, recruiting, screening and interviewing job candidates and select top talent to present to internal clients.

Position Responsibilities :

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build candidate pipeline for openings
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screens
• Schedule Interviews
• Functionality in Workday Applicant Tracking System to include posting job requisitions, processing offers
• Fast paced environment

• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks
• Communicate effective recruitment strategies and constantly developing and improving upon 'best practices' while providing accurate and thorough documentation on contract employees through applicant tracking software.
• Communicate effectively with others to create a productive and diverse environment
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity metrics and objectives as set by manager

The potential base pay range for this role is 40-50$ per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
