Job Responsibilities

• Monitor, report, and train personnel on contractual performance standards and trouble ticket lifecycle management for a 24 / 7 Operations Center.
• Collaborate with network operations and other teams to ensure process adherence.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and develop process changes.
• Report issues impacting contractual compliance to leadership.
• Ensure ticket queues are monitored, updated, and analyzed for compliance with performance goals.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests professionally and promptly.
• Use reporting data to identify and correct non-compliance actions.
• Review and validate tickets follow procedures and templates.
• Support new hire orientation and ongoing team training on contractual requirements.
