About You :
We strongly believe that veterinary medicine is a team sport, and our ideal candidate is someone who feels the same. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment that is always evolving and communicates well with others.
We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant who is already comfortable with handling / restraint, basic surgery prep, and assisting Veterinary Technicians and other staff members in a clinical setting. This position will encompass all other assistant duties includes cleaning, stocking, TPRs, restraint for exams and appointments, discharges and admits. Experience with EzyVet and Smartflow are an additional plus but not required. We highly value collaboration from all staff members, so please speak up as your input is not only valued but can make a difference.
Anticipated Schedule :
This is a full-time position :
4 days a week / 10-hour shifts (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) or
5 days a week / 8- hour shifts (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Holidays are required.
Compensation :
$17.00 - $20.50 an hour dependent on experience and education.
