She Recruits is working with a national consulting firm that partners with Fortune 1000 companies on high-impact financial projects. We're hiring Senior Associates, Associate Managers, and Managers based in East Brunswick, NJ, who come from one of the Top 8 public accounting firms and are ready to pivot into challenging, project-based consulting work.

This is an opportunity to move beyond routine audit cycles and into engagements that include IPO readiness, SEC reporting, M&A transactions, carve-outs, and technical accounting solutions-directly impacting C-suite decision-making. Each engagement is tailored to your strengths, giving you exposure across multiple industries and financial environments.

Candidates must currently or previously be with one of the following Top 8 firms : Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, BDO, RSM, Grant Thornton, or CBIZ / MHM

Ideal Candidates Will Have 2+ years of public accounting experience, including at least one full busy season as a seniorCPA or progression toward CPA strongly preferredA strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and FASB standardsExperience in financial reporting, technical accounting, audit readiness, or SEC complianceCorporate finance / accounting experience in large public companies is a plusAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
