Job descriptionLook for only product base experience profiles Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and translate them into technical specifications. Identify gaps in current systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions. Digital Asset Management (DAM) : Lead and support DAM projects, ensuring effective asset organization, storage, retrieval, and distribution. Collaborate with IT and other departments to design, implement, and optimize DAM solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for DAM. Studio Collaboration : Work closely with studio clients (Warner Bros., Sony, Paramount) to understand their specific DAM needs and workflows. Facilitate workshops and meetings with studio stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives. Customize and tailor DAM solutions to meet the unique requirements of each studio. Software Implementation & Integration : Oversee the implementation of DAM software solutions. Coordinate with software vendors and internal IT teams for successful system integrations. Ensure seamless integration of DAM systems with existing studio infrastructure and workflows. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
