Full Circle is seeking a 3rd Shift Project Supervisor for our growing team!

Position Summary

As a Project Supervisor, you will lead and manage teams of quality inspectors at customer sites during the3rd shift (11 PM 7 AM). Youll oversee project setup, customer deliverables, and team performance while ensuring consistent communication and quality standards.

This role requires travelwithin a 11.5-hour radius of Maryville, TN. Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license areessential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support quality inspection teams across assigned locations.
  • Ensure teams operate according to company standards, safety protocols, and customer requirements.
  • Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors on project-specific procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Complete required training and adhere to company policies.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Strong business-to-business customer service skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
