We're hiring a skilled, self-directed cook to prepare scratch-made soups, entrées, proteins, and packaged meals for our ready-made food program in Florence, South Carolina.
You'll work closely with our Kitchen Manager to keep our grab-and-go coolers, freezer cases, and hot soup station stocked with consistent, high-quality food. This isn't a restaurant line or a high-volume commissary. It's steady, meaningful work with tested recipes and real ingredients.
We're looking for someone with solid cooking skills, strong kitchen habits, and the ability to stay organized without a lot of hand-holding.
If your background is mostly in fast food or food retail, this probably isn't the right fit.
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, 40 hours / week
Flexible scheduling available (early, late, or split shifts)
40,000 / year salary
1 week PTO + 6 national holidays off

Closed-toe shoes and apron required
Must be able to lift 30lb and work on your feet
