This academic medical center is seeking a seeking a fellowship trained Palliative Care physician to join their established Hospice and Palliative Care program. The successful candidate will provide compassionate end of life care to patients and families at their level 1 trauma center. Applicants with Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency training are preferred.

- 16-bed Palliative Care Unit
- Schedule includes a 4-day work week (8 am - 6 pm)

- Administrative responsibilities will include participation in hospital committees, meetings, and projects that require palliative care expertise
- Interdisciplinary care team approach

Clinical Responsibilities :
Complete patient admission and dischargesPerform daily clinical rounds on inpatient unitsDevelop and update patient plans of careProvide clinical support and consultation for the Advanced Practice Provider team, palliative care unit, and field staff
